Robert M. Quintal
President & Co-Founder
Mr. Quintal has 32 years of experience in the ESCO, Demand-Side Management, and Energy Efficiency Industries. This includes founding several businesses before launching LFE Solutions, Inc. in 2012– an ESCO based manufacturers rep. agency for LED lighting and controls in 2012.
Michael Doucette
Director, and Co-Founder
Mr. Doucette brought his extensive background in business development from a national ESCO, a lighting rep. for a major Boston agency, and then as a project manager for the energy division of a national electrical distributor. Mike established and maintains a 25-year trusted relationship with the local and regional ESCO customer base and is responsible for serving his clients for LED lighting, controls and EVSE on a day-to-day basis.
Keith Pierce
Vice President, Director.
Mr. Pierce, formerly of Sylvania (now LEDVANCE), has 30 years’ experience in the electrical and lighting supply chain. Mr. Pierce is responsible for the overall sales and management of the LFD business unit for the (6) New England states.
Frank St. Onge
Vice President, National ESCO Sales
Prior to Frank assisting in the launch of LFE and development of the National ESCO sales division, he held several management positions over his 30+ years at SYLVANIA, most recently in the role of National ESCO Sales.
Rick Bacca
LFD Territory Sales Manager.
Rick has 14 years of experience working for and servicing ESCOs in the New England market and 23 years of overall experience. Rick is primarily responsible for LFD customers Central & Western MA and CT.
Jeff Mann
LFD Territory Sales Manager.
Jeff brings over 10 years of experience in the lighting channel having held previous positions as an electrical distributor, ESCO and most recently as the ME/NH/VT Territory Manager for Flynn & Reynolds. Jeff is primarily responsible for LFD customers in ME, NH and VT as well as northeast MA.
Cathie Russell
Supply Chain / Key Accounts Manager;
Cathie joined LFE Solutions after 13 years running all aspects of customer service and inside sales and quotations for RENOVA Lighting Systems, a Massachusetts based lighting fixture manufacturer. Cathie manages all aspects of sales support and supply chain logistics for lighting and EVSE.
